Reminders
- be patient. Losing that weight won’t come overnight
- flavour is temporary but lost weight is permanent
- nobody can force food inside your mouth
- do it for your future self
- don’t get overwhelmed by the goal. Take it one day at a time
- more fruits and water less junk food
- chew gum to control cravings
- picture your future skinny (even more) beautiful self
- go outside a lot. It will keep you motivated to lose weight when you see skinny or fit people

Imagine…
Imagine waking up one winter day, and deciding to go to your favourite coffee place, so that you can warm up. Imagine walking past a group of girls, who eye you with jealousy the moment they see your amazing body in an oversized sweater with leggings. Even out of earshot, you can still hear the way they talk- how “they’d kill for a body like that”. Imagine ordering one of your favourite drinks, and a fat girl in front of you orders the same, and looks at you in shock when you collect your drink. You were once the fat girl. You changed- now you’ve earned this.
To be small, you have to eat small
You can’t expect to be skinny by stuffing your face with food and eat for the body you have. You need to eat for the body you want.
